A Year of Sharpening the Core, Expanding the Vision, engaging hundreds of founders, helping 200+ startup applications, 50+ events globally, managing a focused portfolio, and Laying the Groundwork for a Founder-First, Product-Driven Future.
It is that time of the year when we introspect not just on outcomes, but on decisions, discipline, and the work that quietly shaped not only the year 2025, but made us prepare for the grand plans of 2026 and beyond.
That — of course — will be a different story for some other time.
Today — we close the year 2025, reflecting upon all that we worked upon and achieved in a market that has continuously challenged everyone involved in the Web 3.0 game.
This being Pivot’s 2nd year of operations, we focused on building real gravity. Over the past two years, Pivot has:
- Built and actively scaled alongside 20 technology startups, prioritising execution over exposure
- Worked closely with 45+ founders and co-founders, including repeat entrepreneurs and operators
- Established a global technology and capital network of 550+ investors, mentors, and ecosystem partners
- Facilitated and managed $37M+ in funding and active funding interest across AI, Web3, and fintech ventures
- Reached 10,000+ professionals across its global technology and founder ecosystem
- Organized, partnered and participated in 50+ global events across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
These outcomes were not the result of running programs at scale. They were the by product of building trust through execution.
If you ask us, we can sum-up Pivot’s 2025 in a single line — we strengthened our core business & laid the groundwork for an expanded scope into founder-focused businesses, emerging technologies and products that will drive us further into the decade.

Startup Applications
- We received 200+ applications in 2025, from 10 regions and 45 countries, engaging 500+ founders across Web3, AI, and emerging tech.
- 67.5% of applications came from execution-ready teams, with 39.5% at funding stage and 28% at MVP stage.
- Startups spanned 10 primary sectors and 30+ sub-sectors, led by financial services (62) and technology/software (47).
- Applications reflected 13 uniquely dominating business models and 31 use cases, pointing to clearer product focus and sharper positioning.
- Top source regions were India (54), Europe (50), and North America (37), followed by Southeast Asia (16) and other global markets.
Founder Reach & Engagement
Pivot engaged over 2500 founders in 2025 mostly via multiple online and IRL events.

Onward to 2026 & Beyond
For us this year is not a ‘wrap’ — it is a continued movement forward. As the new year steps into our business, we take it as a call to tread a path that we have been carving for ourselves over the past 365 days. All that we have mentioned above, is going to be direction that we go towards, with our north-star being building companies with Billion dollar valuations from the entire Pivot stable.
As Pivot moves into the next phase, the ambition is clear. We are building a startups, financial services, and technology powerhouse. One that combines acceleration, incubation, and product building under a single brand powerhouse.
