Pivot Wraps Its First Open Demo Day with 6 Startups Vying for a $100K Reward Pool and $1.5M in Investor Confidence
Pivot’s first Open Demo Day brought global founders, investors, and partners together on one stage — six high-potential startups, $100K in rewards, and a shared vision for Web3 and AI innovation. While Turf Network emerged as the winner, other teams impressed investors and drew significant follow-up interest from the audience.
A New Kind of Demo Day
On October 24, 2025, Pivot hosted its first-ever Open Demo Day, a global, founder-first event designed to give startups outside its acceleration programs the same access to investors, visibility, and opportunity.
While Pivot regularly conducts Demo Days for founders in its accelerator, this edition had a simple mission: to make the stage open for any builder solving real problems in Web3, AI, or at their intersection.
The belief driving it was simple, innovation can come from anywhere, and opportunity should be open to all.
More than 100 applications poured in from across the globe. After a thorough selection process, 25 startups were shortlisted, and finally, six made it to the live stage to pitch before a global jury of investors and ecosystem leaders.
Each of these founders represented a story of persistence, experimentation, and the future of Web3 and AI working together.

Meet the Judges
The Open Demo Day featured a diverse panel of global judges, each bringing deep expertise from across Web3, venture capital, and ecosystem development.
Mariam Kouanda, who leads Grants & Ecosystems at the Arbitrum Foundation, brings years of experience in ecosystem growth and community partnerships. She appreciated how smoothly the event was run, calling it a “flawless organization.”
Tobias Bauer, Co-Founder and General Partner at TB Ventures (TBV), has invested in and mentored dozens of early-stage Web3 and AI startups worldwide. He commended the event’s structure, noting that “the scoring sheets and Notion docs made it easy to evaluate and stay objective,” while showing interest in continuing conversations with several teams.
Mark Arons, Head of Investments at CLS Global, has over a decade of experience in market making, liquidity strategy, and token economics. He praised the overall quality of the pitches, saying, “Great pitches today. We’ll definitely be contacting some of the teams. Thank you Pivot team for organizing this.”
Josephine Nguyen, who leads the South and Southeast Asia Hub for the TON Foundation, focuses on driving developer adoption and ecosystem growth across emerging markets. Her participation brought valuable regional insight and a sharp understanding of founder challenges in scaling globally.
Together, they combined investment depth, technical insight, and community-building experience to give founders actionable, real-world feedback.
The Partners Behind the $100K Reward Pool
A huge part of Open Demo Day’s success came from the partners who stood behind it. Together, they assembled a $100,000 reward pool in credits and grants — providing practical, usable resources for founders to grow their businesses faster.
Pivot extends special thanks to:
Google Cloud, Sherlock, CLS Global, Block Legal, Coinstruct, and Mpost Media Group.
Each partner contributed in their own way, from AI-driven cloud infrastructure and real-time audits to token strategy support, legal guidance, and media amplification.
Every participating startup left with something, whether in rewards, connections, or credibility, to help them scale beyond the event.
